What do I need to start bidding?

A business account, the trades and services you offer, and where you are based. To go live publicly you also verify your phone, pass an identity check and connect a payout account.

Which jobs can I bid on?

Jobs in the trades and services you sell. "Bid for you" lists the open jobs that fit you best - by service, place, skills and the credentials you hold.

Can my team work on the project?

Yes. Add staff from your Team page and give each a PIN or a password. They sign in on the team page and see only the projects you put them on.

When do I get paid?

When the client approves a milestone, its money is released from escrow to your payout account.

How does escrow work?

The client funds a milestone before the work on it starts. The money is held until the client approves that milestone, and then released to the vendor.

What if the client and vendor disagree?

A milestone's money stays in escrow until the client approves it. If you cannot agree, contact our support team: they review the job, the messages and the evidence with both sides.

Can a milestone be refunded?

Money held for a milestone whose work is not delivered can be returned to the client. Contact our support team; the Payments, refunds & disputes policy explains how it is decided.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Card payments, processed by Stripe. Vendors are paid out through Stripe to their own bank account.
